Baron Insulation

Currently occupying over 5000 square metres of factory space in Seaford, Baron is proud of the reputation it has gained in the industry - a reputation of quality, speed, service, competitiveness, technical support and just thinking of you, the customer, as most important. As the world around is changing Baron is keeping up with technology, continually looking at better ways of working, new products, new processes and new uses for current materials.

Baron can claim some firsts in the new products and services area, many of which are for specialized use. Some of the successful but lesser known products include:

• FireBLOCK is a new approach to fire damper packing that is easy to install. 
• AFT™ is a tough insulation facing used for internal duct liners that is IAQ friendly. 
• Baron M is the airway sealer that further enhances the successful Baron Duct. 
• Durasorb™ is a tested commercial acoustic facing used on ceiling panels. 
• Thermobreak™ polyethylene foam pipe and roll insulation. 
• VentureClad is a heavily laminated foil cladding. 
• ITW Insulation Systems (aluminium and stainless cladding) weather and damage protection for insulation. 

New and exciting products recently added to our range include:

• Glavanised Metal Bends and Elbows – these rolled, swaged and pre-drilled bends and elbows and fully prefabricated ready for use on site. 
• Galvanised Metal Tees and Cones – these come flat packed and pre-drilled, ready to be rolled and swaged. 
• Polystyrene Pipe Sections – complementing our vast range of Polyethylene (PE), Glasswool and Rockwool pipe sections. 

Baron Insulation embraces its people and industrial responsibilities, being members of The Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors’ Association (AMCA), The Master Plumbers’ and Mechanical Services Association of Australia (MPMSA), The Insulation Contractors Association (TICA), Australian Industry Group (Ai) and having individual memberships of the Australian Institute of Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Heating (AIRAH).

Baron is proud of its staff and their contribution to the steady growth of the company, we have some very long term and dedicated staff, with up to 29 years continuous service and one third of employees with greater than 10 years service.
